This class will be running weekly on Sundays from 3p-5p
This weekly class will change from week to week. This training is designed to blend the three most basic elements of a tactical athlete: Marksmanship, Fitness, & Tactics. The end result is to build not only strength, but the ability to perform with efficiency and precision, whether for speed, under duress, at a competition or on the job.
